As Co-Owner and Director of Operations, April Harvey oversees the day-to-day operations, marketing, customer experience, and business development for UpRight Services. With a diverse background in customer service, website development, human resources, insurance, and business operations, she is passionate about creating an experience that makes every customer feel valued from their very first interaction.
April manages the company's branding, website, online presence, advertising, and customer communications while supporting the behind-the-scenes operations that keep the business running efficiently. Her attention to detail, creative mindset, and commitment to exceptional service help ensure every customer receives a professional experience from start to finish.
Licensed in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance, April has built her career around helping people, solving problems, and finding ways to make every interaction a positive one. She believes that great businesses are built on honesty, communication, and genuine care for the people they serve.
Beyond the Office
Outside of work, April enjoys spending time with her husband, Travis, and their son, Ryder. She is also an active cheerleading coach who loves mentoring young athletes, supporting her community, and creating lasting memories with family and friends. Her passion for leadership, teamwork, and helping others shines through in both her personal and professional life.
